About two weeks ago, I saw a PSA's face red and was very vexed about what she heard over the phone, I wasn't in the conversation and also didn't asked what happened directly.
A colleague of hers then talked to be about the incident.
About an hour ago, a Doctor called the PSA to book a HD bed for a patient, rightfully the PSA did what she should do. Meaning if there is no bed available, she will just report as it is. Then the phone conversation ended.
That same Doctor called back and his phone was answered by another PSA, he received the same reply. (I can imagine how desperate he needs to book that bed).
Of course when the doctor called again for the third time, the PSA who answered his first call pick up the phone again. OMG after arguing the Doctor scolded her fuck you over the line!
How professional is he... never did i imagine that today i came across to be working the same shift as this "professional doctor" and i heard that for myself. He was describing a person's work as fucking nonsense.

Patient says "Fuck you Doctors"
After taking over the shift, around 0730hrs... I started administering medications to the patients I'm in charge of.
Immediately after that, i buried myself into loads of treatments to perform and investigations to label as planned... From Bed 1.. 2... 3... then 5,6,7.... when i was about to approach the patient at Bed 10, my vision was pulled towards one of the Doctors. He pointed at the patient and asked me to look at him. I knew it for instance that maybe some nursing procedures wasn't perform to standard. Therefore I step forward to take a closer look to assess what went wrong when suddenly, I noticed the patient's middle finger aiming back at the Doctor. I felt extremely nervous and predicted that something terrible is about to cast on me.
I change to stand facing another direction hoping that what i had saw was just an illusion.
My vision stroll towards that "fuck you" finger and then i figured out that a red ball was cupped in the patient's hand who is diagnose with stroke recently. That lifting of the middle finger was merely a coincidence.
LOL!
